Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Forklift Operator – Stand-Up Forklift (Temp-to-Hire) Ideal candidates will have previous experience operating a stand-up forklift. Position Summary: Join our dynamic operations team in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with management, team leads, and fellow associates to ensure accurate processing, inspection, disposition, and packaging of goods to meet internal and external customer expectations. Primary Responsibilities: - Operate a stand-up forklift daily.
- Perform put-away duties, including transporting freight to aisle end caps and placing items into designated locations.
- Meet established productivity standards with minimal errors.
- Safely and efficiently operate material handling tools and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications: - Strong attendance record, especially during the 90-day probationary period.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to perform various warehouse duties.
- Ability to perform continuous physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting (up to 65 lbs.), standing, and climbing.
- Capable of operating forklifts at heights up to 45 feet.
- Proficient in reading and verifying location and SKU numbers.
- Willingness to be cross-trained and certified on various equipment, including:
- Reach Truck
- Pacer
- Order Picker
- Electric Pallet Jack
- RF scanner.
