As a Material Processor, you will be cross-trained to work in various departments within the Mobile Services Team.   You will have the opportunity to use your computer skills as you verify and enter product and customer information into the system and your attention to detail will be critical as you inspect, label, and package our products. 

• Perform MP1 functions as required
• Delegate work accordingly
• Maintain and update training records
• Communicate with other departments
• Track individual and departmental productivity
• Compile and analyze data
• Complete daily reports
• Train and coach associates as needed
• Document process and procedures to make possible improvements  
• Have a complete understanding of the T-Mobile DRP program and knowledge of other programs as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year material handling experience

• Occasional: Bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, twisting, exposure to changes in temperature, being near moving machinery, and office machinery
• This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and bar scanner
• Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to talk and hear
• Required to use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

Other Requirements

• Database software- data entry software in existing programs
• Spreadsheet software- Microsoft Excel- basic understanding and data entry into a preformed spreadsheet
• Word processing- Microsoft Word- basic documents and reports

• One year of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred or 6 months as an MP1- contingent upon attendance, work behavior and work performance
• Problem Sensitivity- The ability to analyze and solve problems
• Dependability- Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations

Attention to detail- Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
