As a Material Processor, you will be cross-trained to work in various departments within the Mobile Services Team.   You will have the opportunity to use your computer skills as you verify and enter product and customer information into the system and your attention to detail will be critical as you inspect, label, and package our products. 

  • Perform MP1 functions as required
  • Delegate work accordingly
  • Maintain and update training records
  • Communicate with other departments
  • Track individual and departmental productivity
  • Compile and analyze data
  • Complete daily reports
  • Train and coach associates as needed
  • Document process and procedures to make possible improvements  
  • Have a complete understanding of the T-Mobile DRP program and knowledge of other programs as required
